He went on to do his undergraduate law studies from Banaras Law School, Banaras Hindu University and post-graduation from Faculty of Law, Delhi University.

He has worked as a litigating lawyer in Supreme Court of India and High Court of Delhi, had given his professional expertise and service to the Thomson Reuters.
During his law student days took keen interest and conducted few empirical studies on the area of Women Legal Literacy and Right To Information, Narco Analysis Test etc;
