Apurva Verma is recipient of two Gold Medals in LL.M., and First Class position in LL.B. from Banaras Hindu University. With four First Class in her academic career, she is currently an Assistant Professor 9on Probation), at Lloyd Law College, Greater Noida.She posses 3 and more years of teaching experience in Hidayatullah National Law university, Naya Raipur.

Having participated in the Intra-Faculty Moot Court Competition of the Law School, BHU in 2009, she was awarded the title of the "Best Advocate of the Year". She was also adjudged as the Best Speaker in a number of English Debates held in BHU and Rotary Club during 2004-2008. As a Life Associate of Academique (an Interdisciplinary Discussion Group,Varanasi),she had also served as a Member of its Executive Committee.

She has participated and contributed research papers in number of seminars and conferences but major were in two International Conferences and two National Seminars organized by the National Law University, New Delhi and Banaras Hindu University. In addition to some administrative responsibilities, she has experience of teaching subjects like Jurisprudence, Criminal Law, Procedural Law, Evidence, and Transfer of Property law. Three published research articles are to her credit.
