Prof. Arti Soyal is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Lloyd Law College. She is pursuing her Ph.D. from the Department of Political Science, University of Delhi. Her thesis topic is “Understanding the Problem of Menstruating Women: A Human Rights Perspective”. She has completed her M.Phil. in Political Science from Department of Political Science, University of Delhi. Her M.Phil. dissertation was titled “Understanding Judicial Activism and Judicial Overreach: A Case Study of Indian Judiciary”. MsArtiSoyal has been associated with academics for the past 2 years. She has the experience of teaching in the best colleges and universities in Delhi- NCR. At Lloyd, she has been working since 2021.


  • 2019 Worked as a Research Associate at FORE School of Management, New Delhi.
  • 2019-2020 Worked as a Guest Lecturer for two months at SPM College, University of Delhi.
  • 2021 to Present Working as an Assistant Professor in Lloyd Law College, Greater Noida.

Roles and Responsbilites

  • She is one of the members of ‘Anti-Discrimination Committee.’ Apart from teaching she is also engaged in the effective functioning of the classes as she manages the Time Table and the attendance record of the students. From time to time she also helps in the administrative work by volunteering in the exam duties, accompanying students on their academic trips.
